installation documentation and support files needed

basic wiki documentation for the configuration file and module structure have been added to the main page of this site. more detail is needed, and installation instructions / notes as well.

I am accepting this ticket for the time being while I work on the basic documentation for the GBM.

In the interest of speeding things along and getting a new database creation file properly set up, I am going to tackle this ticket shortly. I am also going to look into creating a script to import data from the older dev_5.0.5 database.

SQL File for creating empty GMS Database Architecture with default data.

With the above sql file, one can create the default database architecture and data for the guild management software. After that file is executed in something like PHPMyAdmin, the only thing left to do is to modify the GbmConfigFile to your specs and run the thing.

In the interest in pushing forward with beta testing, I am going to bump the documentation component of this ticket forward into the next milestone.

(For primary beta testing, we need only the basic database file for setup.)
